Dale Fallon is a Managing Member and President of The Communication Gym^®. He is a professional business coach and has been helping business owners to grow their companies for over 16 years. He is a Co-Founder and Past President of the Central Pennsylvania Alliance of Coaches, and is the current President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. Dale holds a Black Belt in Sin Moo Hapkido, a black belt in Tae Kwan Do, and a Fourth degree Black Belt in Interpersonal Communication.

Mr. Birmingham received an M.S.E. in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, through a program sponsored by Penn Engineering and the Wharton School of Business. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from Penn and has completed coursework at the American University of Paris. Mr. Birmingham began his professional career in Philadelphia, eventually returning to Europe to work as a coach, teacher, and administrator at the Institut Montana Zugerberg in Zug, Switzerland. He served as the Director of Technology at Commerce Bank for nearly a decade, where he oversaw project management, development, and technology services. Mr. Birmingham is a charter member of the corporate faculty at Harrisburg University, a director of the Keystone Leadership Development Corporation, a member of the Technology Council of Central PA Cyber Security and Business Continuity Industry Partnership, and a former senior staffer of the Keystone Boys’ State leadership program, where he taught for 17 years. He is currently developing a corporate training course on project communications.

Dean specializes in helping today's business professionals use our language, both spoken and written, to enhance confidence and credibility.  He believes many organizations fail to maximize their professional image simply by making mistakes when communicating with others.  He has the unique ability to bring humor and excitement to what most consider dry topics.  He has provided training in 35 states, as well as in Canada.

In addition to being a trainer, Dean is co-pastor at Oakwood Baptist church in Camp Hill.

Dean's background is that of a teacher.  His degree is in Business Education, specializing in Accounting.  He has taught English and accounting (along with a number of other subjects) in secondary and post-secondary schools in Pennsylvania.

Dean and Kathy, his wife of 25 years, reside in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, along with their three children:  Glenn (age 19), Joshua (age 16), and Amanda (age 10).

Charlie’s focus is helping people get out of their own way. He has a conviction that each of us is truly much more than we think we are, and, fulfilling this potential is hugely enhanced for each of us by surrendering to a deeper level within.

Charlie has over 25 years of experience as a Professional Engineer, operating his own forensic engineering firm in the 1990’s. He began a life-long pursuit of personal development in combination with the study of the potential of being a human being in 1979. Charlie began a business as a Personal Life Coach 10 years ago.

Charlie has received Advanced Spiritual Training over the last 9 years with the Modern Mystery School (www.modernmysteryschool.com ). He was certified as a Teacher with the School in 2002. The certification Program consisted of sacred and ancient teachings; the core teachings of the Mystery School are the same as they have been for the last 3000 years.
