He is a Co-Founder and Past President of the Central Pennsylvania Alliance of Coaches, and is the current President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. Dale holds a Black Belt in Sin Moo Hapkido, a black belt in Tae Kwan Do, and a Fourth degree Black Belt in Interpersonal Communication.

Tom Dardick is a Managing Member of The Communication Gym®. He has contributed to the evolution of The Communication Gym® since its inception as a member, coach, and program developer. He has worked as a financial coach and has been a founding owner in two previous companies, Dardick Technical Services, Inc. and Darcom Technologies, Inc.

Tom specializes in coaching employers and prospective employees through the hiring process. He also helps couples acquire tools and skills that help them communicate more effectively.

Tom has received the following professional certifications from Target Training International: Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and Certified Professional Skills Analyst. He is also certified in Trimetrix® and Personal DNA® psychometrics.  He currently holds a 3rd degree Black Belt in Communication and holds a B. A. in Economics from Tufts University.

Dilip Abayasekara, Ph.D., A.S. is a professional speaker, trainer, and speech coach. His focus, through his training company, Speaker Services Unlimited, is to help people discover their own genius and find their path of fulfillment. 

Dilip Abayasekara was born and raised in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He attended college in the USA, earning an A.A. at Palm Beach Junior College, a B.S. in Chemistry at University of Florida, and a Ph.D. in Organic and Polymer Chemistry at Virginia Commonwealth University. After working for 12 years as an industrial scientist, he surrendered to his avocation - connecting, influencing, and enriching others through the power of the spoken word. 

Dilip was twice a finalist at Toastmasters International’s World Championship of Public Speaking, placing second in 1992. He is among a small number of Toastmasters who have received accreditation by Toastmasters International for professional level speaking skills and outstanding contributions in public speaking. 

In 2005-2006, he served as President of Toastmasters International, the world's leading volunteer organization that helps people improve their communication and leadership skills.

Dr. Abayasekara also serves as Special Assistant to the President of Central Pennsylvania College. He is also an adjunct faculty member of central Pennsylvania College in Oral Communications and is an adjunct faculty member of Eastern University's School of Professional Studies in the area of Managerial and Interpersonal Communications.

Among Dilip Abayasekara's clients have been the Pentagon, The Hershey Corporation, the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Government of Sri Lanka- Rural Development Board and the Ministry of Plan Implementation, the United Nations Development Programme in Sri Lanka, Beneficial National Bank, PNC Bank, Household Financial Services, USA, Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, Consulting Engineers Council of Delaware, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, Central Pennsylvania College, and Delaware Pharmaceutical Society. Gary is a Founding Member and Co-artistic Director for the Theater of the Seventh Sister in Lancaster. Gary brings a unique and powerful perspective on what it means to communicate authentically in our daily lives.

Mr. Birmingham received an M.S.E. in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, through a program sponsored by Penn Engineering and the Wharton School of Business. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from Penn and has completed coursework at the American University of Paris. Mr. Birmingham began his professional career in Philadelphia, eventually returning to Europe to work as a coach, teacher, and administrator at the Institut Montana Zugerberg in Zug, Switzerland. He served as the Director of Technology at Commerce Bank for nearly a decade, where he oversaw project management, development, and technology services. Mr. Birmingham is a charter member of the corporate faculty at Harrisburg University, a director of the Keystone Leadership Development Corporation, a member of the Technology Council of Central PA Cyber Security and Business Continuity Industry Partnership, and a former senior staffer of the Keystone Boys’ State leadership program, where he taught for 17 years. He is currently developing a corporate training course on project communications.

Mr. Rowell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics from Potsdam State College in New York. He received his Masters of Science degree in Education, with a focus in Instructional Technology and Media Management also from Potsdam State College. Jim has had extensive experience as a professional trainer and supervisor and most recently served as the Director of Learning and Performance for a large organization where he had oversight responsibility for all of the learning opportunities for approximately 1,300 employees.
Throughout his 20 years of professional experience, Jim has provided hundreds of hours of training and consulting. He has led or facilitated over 100 sessions, conducted hundreds of meetings from small to large groups of up to 150 people per session and has designed, created, edited, and facilitated dozens of training and development programs.
