Trust

Internally (in The Communication Gym® we create an atmosphere of trust where members can feel safe - safe to try new things and make mistakes, safe to communicate openly and honestly. Respect
Respect in the Communication Gym® means that people with all communication styles bring value and have differing strengths and weaknesses. Treatment of each style with proper respect allows you to be dramatically more effective - in both quality of relationships and bottom-line results.

Awareness
Awareness is about being in a receptive state, about receiving more of the abundant information available in all human interactions. Ninety-three percent of the information in interpersonal communication is transmitted through elements other than language - pace, inflection, facial expression, body language, etc. The principle of awareness opens us up to the exchange of that information.

Contribution
Contribution in The Communication Gym is partnership. That means supporting others around us by staying fully present and engaged in order to maximize the value of our personal interactions

Imagination
We ask our members to utilize their powerful imaginations to perfect their own processes. We typically underestimate our resources and power. We encourage our members to harness more of their resources in order to be of greater value to others.

Expression
Expression is a basic human need. When we find ways to truly express ourselves, we tap into tremendous joy and power. When we openly appreciate the expression of another, the underlying message is that we acknowledge that person as special. The strongest bonds are thus formed.
